520 _aThe National University Clinical Information System is a software application for the National University Clinic. The core concept is to manage medical record forms, produce necessary reports by the clinic and to monitor the inventory with ease. E-mail notification is also equipped with the system to notify the University HR to authenticate the employee's sick leave. The company faces different problems in the current system: Time-consuming file retrieval, space-consuming record keeping and much more. The interview lead us an idea resulting to the pursuance of this study. The researchers could develop the system: the management can lessen problems regarding record management and it is made to eliminate the possibility of errors made in the manual processing of data, and to generate accurate reports that cause a major problem to the company. Lastly, the system also includes batch scheduling process specifically made for the enrollment period to lessen the waiting time of the students and to avoid overcrowding the clinic for the Physical Examination.
