520 | _aThe Automated Appointment Scheduling System with SMS Notification and Centralized Dental Records Management is a web base for Gonzales Dental Specialty which is located in Manila, Philippines. The core concept is to automate the appointment scheduling and centralize the dental records needed by the company. SMS notification is also equipped in the system to notify the patients when the appointment is set. The company faces different problem in the current system: manual keeping of patient's records, make a phone call or personal visit to the clinic for appointments. The interview shows an idea resulting to pursuance of this study. The researchers were able to develop the system: the management can avoid the natural paper wear and tear, the possibility of getting lost, and disorganization of patient's dental records. Lastly the system also includes generated report to show the number of services rendered, number of appointments catered, number of patients per dentist and per clinic or branch during a period of time. | ||
