520 _aSales Management System with Forecasting is a web-based system that support and help the operation process of COPYTRADE Digital Systems by storing data of daily sales report done by each branch. This paper was conducted to improve the current process of managing its sales report that helps to predict the future sales of the company. It sought to create a database repository for the sales report and transaction that can be accessed by the Admin, Accountant, Supervisor and Branch Manager that aims to create virtual repository of everyday transaction at COPYTRADE. This initiative is a big leap to innovate and make use of the available data and transformed it into a meaningful information with the help of the available technology to boost the company's strength in taking risks and improving its operation. The website has 3 major modules, namely Home, Branch Management and Reports. Activity Logs is an exclusive module available for admin use only. This paper integrates a feature that enables the user to predict future sales. Overall, the system met the requirements of the beneficiary and they were very pleased about the outcome. The actual testing phase had favorable results with an over-all result mean of 4.73 interpreted as 'Excellent; and the owner decided to adapt the technology in the first four branches (SM San Lazaro, Isetann, P. Noval and Congressional) the branches assessed ready to implement the change, but there are still a lot of things that can improve on especially about the data that can be transformed into a meaningful information and other things related to the operation that can be integrated like delivery, purchase order and other personnel.
