Summary: Education is a strong force in narrowing the gap between a society's rich and poor peoples. Education is the vehicle that brings forth ample opportunities for advancement by capacitating people not only with knowledge and skills, but also with proper attitudes and values, thus equipping the human resource for proper social mobility. An enlightened citizenry exposed to the entire range of social, natural, behavioral science, the arts and humanities rendered a society of civilized human beings. This study is concerned, however, in proposing another school which will function similarly as the PHSA but on much bigger scope since it will serve more students. On the contrary, the proposal is to be situated in a place v,here better interaction among its students will be enhanced. Furthermore, since it will attend to more students, it must also contain advanced facilities to effectively promote its goals and objectives which are, first, the assurance of providing its learners quality education, second, develop every aspects of a student's quality learning including intellectual and social growth, and lastly, serve as a monument to the Philippine Education and Architecture.
