This thesis proposal will forego an architectural planning and design based on a large scale with its main focus on the planning of a vacation resort. It will also enable the proponent or the student, implicated with this technical requirement to accomplish a major design wherein it will be the conglomeration of all designs that started out with simple space planning on a short scale to a much grand, eloquent and complex planning of high rise, or in this matter resort development.
