Over the years, comics, gaming and animation plays a major role entertaining different people in all walks of life. Not only that it serves as an entertainment but it becomes an opportunity for a business and employment. The Animation and Gaming Industry in Philippines has undergone a significant change in recent years. With the rapid development of the animation industry in the west, particularly in the U.S. and Europe, the need for outsourced services in animation increased in Asia, particularly in the Philippines. Internationally recognized companies such as Walt Disney, Warner Brothers, Hanna-Barbera, Marvel Comics and Cartoon Network subcontracting animation work in the Philippines, it is fair to note that the Philippines is one of the stronger players in the field of comics and animation. Thus we need to create a place wherein it will showcase the talent of our cartoonist and animators. Not only it will serve as an awesome place to visit but it will inspire young generation of cartoonist, animators and game developers.
