These scenarios lead to a sudden decrease in patronage coming from the public. With the succeeding development of Balintawak leading to the construction of mixed use complex from the Ayala Land Inc. In accordance with this problem, the author will study the existing market, conduct interviews, read various sources, formulate case studies and explore new innovations attempting to give the best solutions for the project. As the author aims to uplift the condition of markets in the Philippines, he proposes to redevelop the Cloverleaf Market with the provision of all the necessary facilities and considering the community with the use of architectural approach. Bringing new insight to the environment of markets. The author eyes the addition of food park to the market, owing to the fact that nowadays food park is a major trend to our society, since it brings variety of food choices with aesthetically pleasing environment due to architectural intervention.
